Cristina's passion makes her the go-to agent ready to help turn her client's real estate goals into reality. Founder of The Blueprint Team, with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Cristina is focused on residential sales and new development.  After earning her Masters, Cristina entered the financial industry where she serviced clients to obtain loans for residential funding. Her practice and understanding of the mortgage industry help her be a more knowledgeable agent today. Since then, she has continued in the real estate industry as an Associate Broker at Compass. Her extensive experience can help first-time homebuyers or savvy investors looking to expand their portfolios.

As a Brooklyn and Queen's investor herself, she is passionate about the development and growth of these boroughs. Having grown up on Long Island, Cristina also has strong ties throughout Nassau County.

Cristina is fluent in Spanish and German and is a member of both REBNY and LIBOR.
